What is Daneshyar?

A plain introduction: what Daneshyar does, what it is good for, and what it is made of.

Daneshyar is a smart assistant that answers only from your own documents. You upload your files — handouts, books, guidelines, a recorded meeting, a class video — and then ask them questions, the way you would ask an experienced colleague. Every answer shows which file, and which part of it, it came from.

What problem it solves

Most teams have piles of documents that nobody has time to read again. Finding one simple answer means flipping through dozens of pages, or asking a colleague who is already busy.

  • Slow searching: instead of scrolling through a PDF, you type your question and have the answer a few seconds later.
  • Answers you cannot check: general chatbots sometimes make things up. Daneshyar answers only from your documents and shows the source of each sentence, so you can check it yourself.
  • The same questions every day: questions from new colleagues, students or customers can be answered by Daneshyar — in Daneshyar itself, through a link, in a Telegram or Bale group, or on your own website.
Example: a tutoring centre uploads its handouts. The night before an exam, a student asks “What is the formula for the area of a trapezoid?” and gets the answer with the handout's page number.

How it works

  1. 1

    Upload your files

PDFs, images, audio or video. Daneshyar reads them, and even turns what is said in audio and video into text.

  2. 2

    Ask a question

Write it in everyday words, the way you would ask a colleague. You do not need to know the exact words in the document.

  3. 3

Get the answer with its source

Under each answer you see the files it used. Press the number next to a sentence and that exact part of the document opens.

The parts of Daneshyar

Think of Daneshyar as a library:

  • App = the library itself. One per organisation or business is usually enough — for example “Nava Clinic”.
  • Workspace = one shelf in that library, for one topic — for example “Emergency protocols” or “Year 10 Biology”. An answer only comes from the books on that shelf.
  • File (source) = the books on the shelf — every document you upload.
  • Chat = a smart librarian who has read every book on that shelf and answers your questions.

Around these there are a few helpers:

  • Notes: a shared notebook for the team. Type, or dictate with your voice.
  • Sharing: add your colleagues, or make a link so other people can ask questions too.
  • Automations: jobs that run by themselves — for example answering questions in a Telegram or Bale group.
  • Skills: ready-made answer styles — for example “explain simply, without jargon”.
  • Widget: a small chat window on your own website, for your visitors.

Who it is for

Anyone with a lot of documents who wants fast, trustworthy answers from them. A few examples:

  • Doctors and care teams: “Under our ward's protocol, what is the dose of this drug for a 20 kg child?”
  • Teachers and schools: upload a handout so students can ask it questions, or build a quiz from it.
  • Students and researchers: upload ten papers and ask “Which of these discuss their sampling method?”
  • Engineers and technical teams: keep equipment manuals and standards in one place and ask them questions.
  • Universities and companies: upload policies and procedures so newcomers get answers from the document itself, not from their manager.

What it does not do

  • It does not answer general questions. Ask “What's the weather tomorrow?” and it politely says it could not find that in your documents. This is on purpose, so you can trust every answer.
  • It does not search the internet. Everything it knows comes from the files you uploaded.
  • It does not replace an expert. It helps you find the answer faster, but the final decision — especially in patient care — is yours.

What credits are

AI work — reading a file, writing an answer, dictation — uses a little of your account's credits, a bit like phone top-up. You can see how many you have on your profile.

Where to start

  1. 1

    Create an app

Name it after your organisation or project.

  2. 2

    Create a workspace

For the first topic you have documents for.

  3. 3

    Upload a few files

Wait until their status says “Ready”. Big files take a little longer.

  4. 4

    Ask your first question

Ask something you already know the answer to, so you can see how Daneshyar answers and shows its source.
