The Apps page
The first page after you sign in: what an app is, how to create one and how to manage it.
This is the first page you see after signing in. All your apps are here side by side. An app is Daneshyar's biggest container: everything else — workspaces, files, chats — lives inside an app.
It is the first page after you sign in. To come back any time, press the Daneshyar logo at the top of the page.
What an app is
Think of an app as a library, with shelves (workspaces) inside it for different topics.
- Most people and teams need only one app.
- If you work for two separate organisations, make one app for each so their work does not mix.
Example: Dr Rezaei works at a clinic and also teaches at a tutoring centre. They make two apps: “Nava Clinic” and “Farda Academy”.
Create an app
Press Create app at the top of the page.
Choose a name
A name everyone will recognise — for example “Nava Clinic Assistant”.
Write a short description
One or two sentences about what this app is for. It shows on the app card. If you like, add a picture too (PNG or JPG, up to 2 MB).
Press Create app
The new app opens. The next step is to create your first workspace inside it.
Open, change or delete an app
- To open an app, press its card.
- To change its name or description, open the app and press Edit details.
- Use the menu on your name (top of the page) to go to your Profile or to sign out.
- The small buttons at the top change the language (Persian or English) and switch between light and dark.
Deleting an app cannot be undone. Every workspace, file and chat inside it is gone for good. If a website or widget is connected to this app, it stops working at that moment.
